Suspect is a user on ClueNet, and has been around since #chules.net on ShellsNet. He was in search of a free shell to run an eggdrop. During his time on ShellsNet, he participated in #chules.net's community, although he could be quiet at times. Suspect was around 14 or 15 years old during that time, and due to that, was prone to hostile outbursts instead of calmly settling conflicts.He left #chules.net for a while, but later found the new network ClueIRC after #chules.net left ShellsNet. Since then, he has remained on ClueIRC being a quiet user, though trying to chat with people in the community. At times he wonders why he is on ClueIRC, or what purpose he serves there. He plans to learn C and perhaps start coding, which might prove useful.
Suspect runs a website, Justin-MP.net - which is mainly for personal use, but it displays the data for his weather station, one of the most signfiicant things he contributes. Suspect's weather station data is uploaded to Weather Underground, AWEKAS, and is displayed on HinghamWeather.com, WeatherMatrix.net, WeatherForYou.com, and a few other websites. His weather cam, which is a Creative USB webcam constantly pointed at the sky, uploads to his website at an interval of 5 minutes, which is displayed on his website, as well as Weather Underground, NOAA ERH (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Eastern Region Headquarters), as well as Weather Underground. Suspect, although would like to learn more about meteorology, lacks the motivation necessary but still uploads his weather data in the hopes that it would be useful to someone.
Suspect uses Windows and Linux, mainly Ubuntu. Detailed system specifications for his machines can be found on his website. Suspect prefers the Linux operating system, but due to his love for gaming and his attatchment to applications on Windows which can not be found on Linux, he remains a Windows user.
